Assessment and archetype results
The Heritage Readiness Assessment and archetype results are reflective tools. They are designed to help users see patterns, language, and possible postures toward inheritance, legacy, identity, and succession.
Assessment results are not diagnoses. They are not predictions. They are not guarantees about family outcomes. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or personal judgment.
The purpose of the archetypes is self-awareness. They are not fixed identities.
Accounts, forms, and user information
You may be asked to submit information through forms, assessments, signup flows, waitlists, or future account features. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not submit information on behalf of another person without appropriate permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials if account features are added. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or access link.
Intellectual property
HeritageMirror.ai, the HeritageMirror name, the Kluver Legacy methodology, the Heritage Readiness Assessment, the two-track Wealth Generator and Rising Gen framework, the 20 archetypes, archetype names and descriptions, shadow mirror framework, copy, designs, graphics, tools, content, reports, and platform materials are owned by HeritageMirror.ai, its founders, licensors, or affiliates.
You may use the site and assessment for your own personal, family, or authorized professional use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the methodology, assessment, archetype framework, reports, or platform content without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any HeritageMirror.ai intellectual property to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use HeritageMirror.ai to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of another person or entity.
- Submit false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized information.

Promotional terms may be limited by eligibility, seat availability, timing, and other conditions described at signup. HeritageMirror.ai may modify, close, or decline promotional access if needed to protect the quality, integrity, or intended purpose of the platform.
Disclaimers
HeritageMirror.ai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We do not guarantee any particular family, business, financial, legal, tax, emotional, relational, succession, or legacy outcome from using the site, assessment, reports, tools, or content.
Your use of HeritageMirror.ai is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeritageMirror.ai and its founders, owners, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to HeritageMirror.ai for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if no payment was made.
